Order Handling
Most successfully paid orders are processed and shipped within five business days.
After the package leaves the fulfillment location, delivery usually takes 10–20 business days depending on shipping destination and carrier conditions.
Transit time may change because of:
• Customs review, clearance, or inspection
• Delays from transportation providers
• Weather issues or operational disruptions
We appreciate your patience during shipping delays beyond our control.

Tracking details will be sent automatically after dispatch.

Shipping Fee
Each order includes a fixed international shipping charge of $2.99 USD.

Shipping Address Updates
Address update requests must be received before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the order date.
Once processing begins, address corrections may not be possible.

Alternative Delivery Address
Customers may choose a delivery address that is different from the billing address.
Fulfillment Schedule
Orders are processed Monday through Friday only, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed during weekends are generally processed the next business day.
Warehouse and Manufacturing Fulfillment
Products may be fulfilled through regional warehouses or shipped directly from manufacturing facilities depending on available inventory.
