Returns and Refund Guidelines

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch is completed and before production has begun.
If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, the full payment will be returned to the original payment method.
Orders already released to the delivery carrier cannot be cancelled.

Returns
Return requests must be made within 14 days after delivery.
Returned products must satisfy the following conditions:

The item must be unused and remain in the original condition.
All original packaging must be included with the return.
A valid purchase proof or order confirmation must be supplied.

Please contact customer support before sending a return. Return instructions must be issued first and followed correctly.
Customers will not pay more than one total shipping fee, including original delivery and return shipping where applicable.
No restocking charge will apply.

Refunds
After the returned product has arrived and been inspected, an email will be sent confirming that the return review is complete.
You will be notified whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method, usually within several business days depending on the payment provider.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not arrived:

Review your bank account again.
Contact your credit card issuer, as posting may take additional time.
Contact your bank, since refund processing times may vary.

Return Shipping
Once the return is approved, instructions will be provided.
Returns based on personal preference or customer-related reasons may require the customer to cover return shipping.
For damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items, return shipping costs will be covered.
